"Close to airport and retail park. Shuttle transfer from and to airport was smooth. Reception and restaurant staff well trained, helpful and professional. Room had all modern amenities and was clean and comfortable. There was a pool if you wanted a dip. Highly recommend."

"The cabin was clean, everything was smooth ,slept like a baby , no problem with parking,they organise a shuttle bus to the airport and they can also put your vehicle in storage "

"Room was very clean inside but the outside is not so clean. Had very noisy neighbours in the next room. No breakfast served during weekends. Airport shuttle service is very efficient though."

"Room was great, check-in staff were average at best would advise they found a new career , lots of promotions and direction from staff to enjoy the happy hour at bar but bar was understaffed and barman had very little training was definitely out of his depth and no happy hour prices or free nibbles as advertised had a couple drinks and as soon as other bar next door opened 90% of customers jumped ship - handy it’s close to airport though "

"Room was VERY dated, vanity unit was all cracked, towel rail fell off, carpet at bathroom entry was rotting and separated. Very noisy all night. Had dinner at the bistro and it was good and the staff were very helpful. No lift available for people with mobility issues. Air conditioner did not get cool at all. "

"We called less than 24 hours before our stay to specifically ask about the pool and hot tub and when we got there, they were closed for repairs. The room was outdated and run down - for almost $200/night I expected a much nicer place. Walls crumbling, threadbare carpet, sliding door didn’t close properly, no plug for bathtub and it only could be filled by running the shower, very strong room air freshener, and onsite restaurant had poor service and mediocre food."

"Comfy bed and very convenient to the airport when having an early flight"

"When you go onto the travel sites it says there is a free courtesy bus. It doesn’t say you can only use it between 7am and 7pm. We had an o/s flight at 7.25am so had to be at the Terminal at 4.25 am no courtesy bus so $38 to get an uber. When we come back we have booked Quest again not knowing this. Our flight gets in at 10pm so once again we will have to pay for an Uber. There is NO Convenience staying at this hotel we will NEVER book here again"

"If you need an inexpensive place to rest your head when catching an early flight out of Melbourne, this is the place. Very basic and easy walking distance from airport terminal 1."
