"The staff was very friendly and offered ideas for dining in the area. The morning sunrise view over the ocean was spectacular. It appeared that the rooms were recently updated and were clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back next time I’m in the area. "

"We stayed here because Gloucester isn’t too far from Salem where we were visiting. 10 minutes in a cab from train station. Very quiet, helpful receptionist and decent mix of continental breakfast available in reception area. Nice base for 2 nights."

"Plenty of dining options nearby, and msnager shared recommendations. Ample well-maintained parking lot and exterior. Busy roadway, but the motel itself is quiet and VERY clean. Coffee available in office 24/7, but coffeepots in rooms would be a nice addition."

"No apparent area for pets. Parking lot has a road running through it so cars may be coming through fast. Room clean, staff efficient. "

"Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Recommend Roy Moore’s for lobster and chowder. The shops closed early -most closed by 5PM. Nice patio bar at hotel. Fell asleep to sound of waves crashing against the rocks. Beautiful sunset. Good value. "

"I was greeted by a nice lady (don't know her name) who was very pleasant and explained to me what I needed to know. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home! There was a nice porch area to sit. Definitely would stay again!"
