Grimy out of date rooms. The national chain needs to pull their name from this because it doesn't represent the brand properly. The manager Harmeet is snide and passive aggressive. Got overbiled a month ago and have given up waiting for the refund. Will never stay here again.

Room was clean, nice. We booked the hotel for the pool and continental breakfast. Hot tub was empty, that was unfortunate. We were down for breakfast at 6:59 the room was locked, all the lights off so we went out for breakfast. When we returned and I asked about it the clerk told me they were open ...
