Staff and room were lovely, location not very central, so £10-15 taxis back and too into centre, also bit disappointed that you had to pay for parking on top of the room (£10 for 24 hours) and also disappointed at the fact access to the spa was extra (£20 each) and there was not many facilities, ...

Hotel staff were brilliant and nothing was too much bother even when I asked if we could change rooms as I felt too claustrophobic in the original room. Decor and surroundings are stunning. I would definitely recommend The Municipal to anyone who is planning a trip to Liverpool

Room 527 had smell in the bathroom it was coming from the sink.and not from the floor that we reported. The main door you could not put the inside door lock on Reported to the cleaner Also they need better pillows Everything else was excellent
