"Our first room was damaged. The carpets were all stained and floor had a discoloration from the floors being scuffed by the chair, it just looked like a bear clawed on the floor. The tub was dirty and the corners had gunk. The staff was super sweet and helpful with getting us a different room but with no other availability in town due to the graduation we had no other option. I wouldn’t stay here again due to the property cleanliness but the staff was still kind both the morning and night desk...

"Either the outlets didn't work or the lamps were busted. Room smelled disgusting. Carpet was gross. Sink was had a huge rusted hole in it. Bath tub was stained with black spots. Towels were all stained yellow or gray color. Lots of lingering people outside your room. I don't know how this had a good rating."

"It’s an OKAY hotel, more on the sketchy & rundown, dirty side. We got checked in to a room and beside the room there was maintenance go on, drilling and hammering the walls at 8pm so we get moved to a different room which is so much better The rooms have very thin walls and you can literally hear everything going on outside your room and beside your room. The towels are disgustingly dirty or at least stained really bad The bathrooms can be renovated as well Internet is very slow Food was okay,...

"The staff who served us were mostly helpful, the room was large enough to accommodate us and our two dogs, and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, we were not happy. The supplies furnished to our room were less than minimal, and our room was never serviced during our 3-day stay even though I specifically asked for it to be serviced. I had to request supplies like coffee, cups, and shampoo from the reception desk. The room was poorly maintained, too. The sink faucet was not firmly attached...

"The pool was empty and the kids were very disappointed. Next, the two rooms we booked and paid for weeks ago were not what the hotel had when we got there. They had us in rooms with one king bed and a pull out couch. Not what we paid for. They finally found us the last 2 queen room but we had to use the king/couch for the other room. Not a very good night sleep on a pull out lumpy couch. The pancake maker was not working at breakfast. I went to the front desk and ask about it. Turns out...

"Even though a hotel is not a home, they really make you feel like if you're at home. Very friendly staff and very attentive. TV very limited on channels and bed boomed some when lying on it but otherwise everything was great."

"Property needs a lot of maintenance. If you are planning a stay do not stay here. Not worth the price. Bed sheets were what appeared to be urine stained and bathtub was clogged. Floors appeared very dirty."
