"Arrived at the 4pm check in time… carpets and floors very stained and dirty. Staff stated would try to find another room. Got our room at 8:39pm after dinner with friends. Floors clean but ac did not work. Provided with a fan. Toilet leaked and mold ingrained in sink. Very outdated facility. Looks ..."
