"There is a dreadful smell of raw sewage in the car park. There was a dead pigeon there when we stayed too - nobody cleaned it away for the five days of our visit. The entire lobby stinks of chlorine coming from the spa. The cleaners tried to clean our room at 8.30am, in what must be categorised as a holiday, not a business, hotel. "Très bon accueil"

"Superbe endroit et personnel extrêmement compétent, je souriant et disponible. C'est assez rare"

"The hotel was just one street from the railway station and a few streets stroll into the town centre. Ideal in every way. The staff were excellent, efficient and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the kitchenette was functional and useful. We cannot fault these premises."

"The hotel, while modest in size, offers excellent security. The staff members are notably helpful and friendly, and the breakfast provided is quite good. Although the kitchen is small, it contains all the essentials for a meal. The rooms are clean, and the air conditioning operates very effectively. Furthermore, the parking area is secure and monitored by cameras."

"hôtel parfait"

"Globalement un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Une adresse à conserver sur Aix-les-Bains"
