"Great trip and great stay. No problem for the arrival: Rebekka and Thomas sent us all the information beforehand. The apartment is entirely new and perfectly clean. It is confortable and spacious enough for a family with two young kids. The location near the A1 highway is also convenient, as it allows for quick trips to Trier and the Moselle valley. Highly recommended. "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!
We didn’t even stay here.
They contacted us the morning of the day we were supposed to be arriving to demand payment of €150 for housekeeping! This was clearly advertised on their listing as an optional extra not a compulsory fee.
We were only staying for one night!
They would not waive the fee or reduce it so we decided to stay elsewhere.
The communication was horrendous and definitely from a third party company.
