"We choose the hotel to be able to use the pool. It was NOT available. We were very disappointed. The air conditioner worked and was VERY LOUD ,"

"This was a last minute find on our way back to Denver from Utah. The first thing I saw when checking in was a notice about the pool and hot tub being cold because they just installed new heater. There were boxes around the hot tub and tiles were laying on the side of the pool. Okay I guess that's all understandable. Then we went up to the room, where we found tons of Elm bugs in the windows. The 1st person I talked to brushed me off and said there's nothing they can do about them. The next day I spoke with the manager and she let me know they do spray to get rid of them but it's not that effective. I noticed a few other things the night before, when we came back from dinner. The closet door handle in the master suite was broken and would come off when the door is being opened. Then I was trying to rest and watch a little T.V. but the remote control was broken! I paid an expensive rate to hopefully not have these things happen. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless it was the only hotel with rooms.."

"our room was very clean and comfortable. we stopped here on our way to our destination and decided to stop here again on our way back. staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was pretty standard, not 'fantastic' but just fine and as expected. there was plenty of parking and the hotel was very close to several restaurants and shopping. "
