"The hotel is hidden, like most of the small hotels, in a maze of crowded, dirty streets with horrible sidewalks. Very noisy at all hours. The directions given by the staff to find the hotel were worthless. We were maneuvering 4 large luggage as we were going on a 10 day cruise. The route from the Metro to the hotel did not accommodate rolling luggage. The staff were not rude, just indifferent to any questions. There was a taxi strike and they had no suggestions as to getting to the Cruise port....

"Triton is well situated for a cruise or other uses of the Port - maybe a 5 minute safe walk. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A cozy safe place and area. The staff was fantastic and attentive. "Fantastic breakfast, beautiful location and hotel. A true boutique hotel with 11 rooms. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with a nice view. Staff is professional, friendly and very helpful. Very nice stay."

"Shamir at the front office was outstanding. The breakfast was great. The room was clean but small although we booked a comfort room. The shower was terrible no pressure and very small. Only the mattress in the room which was comfortable but no chair, night table or closet. There were steps in the room which was a hazard. Bed sheets were clean."
