"We were looking for a nice hotel in a small city to use as a home base for 3 nights while touring the area. Hans Sur Lesee was the perfect city and the Mercure was the perfect stay. It was the right choice for us."

"The staff were very friendly and nice. I was expecting more given the description on Expedia. Amenities did not include elevator, so stairs were a problem. Also, there was no support for luggage transfers, although the staff did help out. The grounds were not cleared of litter and outdoor trash cans ..."
