"Fabulous hotel which definitely feels more like 4/5 star than a 3! Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff, especially Eleni on reception. An easy 15 minute walk downhill into beautiful Fiscardo but the hotel also operates a regular shuttle bus to take you down or bring you back . Many of the guests return year after year which is always a good sign. Beautiful views, great breakfast and lovely bedrooms. The pool area is great and sun loungers were always available. "This was one of our favourite hotels not only in Greece, but Europe. This is because of the fantastic manager Vasilis. He has great staff, the rooms are large, & well appointed. We were really impressed with the amenities & the sound of the waves at night. There's also a couple of great restaurants & bakeries near by. We highly recommend staying here."

"We were not able to stay at the Canale because they had not yet opened. We were transferred to a different hotel which was much less expensive. To date I have not been refunded the extra amount that I paid to stay at the Canale."
