"Location to the arena was exceptional. Pool area needed some attention (broken lounge chairs and umbrella). Room was clean and the kitchenette was beneficial. Front desk staff was friendly."

"The place had roaches I took pictures and showed the staff and all they did was try to move to another close to that one and lie and say they had it treated."

"Very sketchy part of Dallas. They had security guards in the parking lot making sure everyone entering was a guest at the motel. Had to pay an extra $10 just to park in their parking lot. I have never seen that at any other hotel I have ever stayed at."
