"With a hotel packed full of dance competitors running up & down hallwayals, only one elevator working. "

"The room appeared generally clean, but one of the hand towels looked very dirty. There was also a strong odor in the room. I’m not sure if another guest nearby was vaping or if the smell was coming from somewhere else, but it made the air difficult to breathe. We had to turn the air conditioning on high and keep the bathroom exhaust fan running all night. I even placed towels under the main door to try to block the smell because it was so strong. The odor gave me a headache, upset my stomach, and made me feel dizzy throughout the night. As a result, it was very difficult to sleep."
