I let the man know when checking out and he told me that he would let the GM (Patrick) know and they would reach out to me. It is now Wednesday and have had no calls from anyone. "

"The room I received smelt like mold/mildew really bad. The carpet was dirty & being in the hotel made me feel dirty."

"We had silver status but we’re not offered the bag with water & snacks. Had to ask for it. We also were concerned about the safety of the parking lot since we had luggage in our car. When we mentioned it, they didn’t share that they had someone monitoring the parking lot. Room wasn’t very clean. Bugs in the bathroom and some dried food under the bed. "

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Spark By Hilton. The hotel is on the smaller side, but very well maintained. The hotel is clean and so are the rooms. The room had a nice fragrant smell on entry, and didn’t smell stale at all. The restrooms was clean, had sliding shower doors, and were stocked with multiple towels. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, coffee, etc and was perfect if you are on the go! Overall, my stay was great."
