I called the front desk and the personal did tried helping me out. He replaced the dryer and conditioner, but couldn’t accommodate us into another room...

"It is what it is. The almost every part of the room was dirty and smelt like cigarettes even though I chose a non-smoking room. There were even cigarette holes in the bed sheets. The pictures that are advertised have to be at least 10 years old.
