"The pictures are not as they appear when in person. The front desk staff could use some hospitality or general customer service guidance on how to welcome and greet guests. When going to the room, the strong smell of mold and mildew hit me, and it felt hard to breathe. "Very sketchy part of Dallas. They had security guards in the parking lot making sure everyone entering was a guest at the motel. Had to pay an extra $10 just to park in their parking lot. I have never seen that at any other hotel I have ever stayed at."

"I don’t recommend this place. We arrived and had to clean the room. There were issues with the toilet, it was infested with roaches, and the mini‑split was dirty. It may be a cheap place, but cleanliness still matters."
