"Right in the heart of the old section of Cottbus. Perfect location. Staff was helpful and breakfast was excellent. Self service laundry worked out well, and everything functioned as expected. Our room was on Floor 3 (the Fourth Floor in Europe) and the roof of part of the hotel was below our window. They could have just had us view the vents, but the entire roof below our window was sodded and planted with wildflowers. Nice touch."

"Da sich das Hotel zurzeit noch im Umbau befindet ist es von meiner Seite aus nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Leider sind noch einige Bereiche nicht fertig und es herrscht erheblicher Baulärm. Das von uns genutzte Zimmer befand sich im 11. Stockwerk war sauber aber auch hier noch nicht komplett fertig gestellt. Aufgrund der Höhe war daß lüften des Zimmers nicht möglich. Wir waren für eine Nacht dort von daher ging es, ein längerer Aufenthalt unter diesen Umständen nicht möglich. "
