"We only stayed here for one night, and were greeted by a nice and friendly staff. The hotel is at a beautiful location. However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools,...

"Em algum momento esse hotel já deve ter sido bom. Mas, agora está decadente. Estrutura antiga, mobília velha, poucos funcionários, iluminação precária, mal cuidado, falta limpeza por toda a parte. Na chegada a recepção foi demorada. O caminho até os quartos (que são distantes) vc msm leva suas coisas. Tem um bar do próprio hotel a beira mar, mas parou no tempo. Só acho que o café da manhã poderia ser melhor , alegaram por causa da temporada , não havia opção.ai na semana que começou a encher colocaram mais opções. E do que a prioridade era o bar , não os clientes que estavam hospedado. Só acho que pelo valor pago .o atendimento foi péssimo. Estou colocando aqui e vou fazer a declaração no reclame aqui.
