"Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. "The bed was comfortable and accommodations were fine. Staff was very helpful. The bathroom tub's faucet could activate the shower; however, the faucet remained on as well! Could not shut the water off at the faucet while showering. What a waste of water!"
