" I had made my reservation for 3 nights, but driving into Cave City, I noticed the area was pretty dead as far as visitors and many places weren't open so upon check-in, I advised I was only going to stay 2 nights. They raised my nightly rate by $20 a night, saying I originally got the "3-night special"! Not a good beginning to my stay. "Get what you pay for. I would stay again. Breakfast is limited, as you should expect. Property isn’t 100% clean but is decent for the price."

"Very clean little motel. The only thing missing was an ice machine. The remote to TV didn’t work. Other than that it is well worth the price. Would definitely stay again if ever in that area. "

"This is an older hotel that could use some upgrades but a good choice for the night while traveling. The town is very small so food options are limited but there is a grocery store right next door and a Pizza Hut within walking distance. I noticed coffee and cereal in the lobby and a fridge with sodas. It is quiet and easy to get to. The office staff was friendly and helpful and I would stay here again."

"This is an old property and the folks are doing their best with what is there. Dirt in corners in the bathroom may date back to the 60s but the bed was very clean and comfortable, nice TV, everything I needed. "

"I pulled up to the facility and it was a horrible sight. Run down, dark and tattered, horrible. Office was closed after I had recently confirmed our check in arrival. Then a scary man came next to my car on his bike and stared at my kids and I until we pulled off and went to find immediate alternatives for our trip. "

"We arrived too late at night to go snywhere else. The buildings are falling apart, with old broken furniture outside the rooms. Our room had dried blood in the bathroom and on one of the beds. The door kmob was broken so we pushed a chair against it. Someone came knocking on our door looking for someone else. Its more of place that people rent a room monthly than nightly"
