"Nice location on quiet bay. Large comfortable rooms. Pool area was very small."

Rooms are always clean, good service, plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. And it's about as close to the highway as you can get - great for folks catching a ferry at Swartz Bay."

"The room was not clean at all. There were dead flies on the floor and lots of ear wigs. The second night we were there we were offered a different room from the lovely front desk staff. Sadly as we entered the room it was not properly cleaned by the cleaning staff. You can tell the admin at the desk really want to make sure your stay is nice. "It would have been great but a homeless person started a cooking fire in one of the parking stalls right by the sur intake. The fire alarm went off at 3:30 am. The bizarrely the staff turned it off after a few moments because it was amazing. We had to stand in the parking lot for an hour. There was no offer or anything to apologize not even a free breakfast."

"So I booked this for my parents anniversary and had asked for a big bed with great view well in advance. They had 2 queens instead. Not a huge deal. The food was phenomenal at the restaurant downstairs. Parking is horrible and rather than give a plate number you need a pass then have to walk it to your car which for super seniors is abit of an inconvenience.
