"Great place, super clean and easy to find/check-in. The staff was very polite and responsive. I appreciated the detailed instructions on how to use the utilities, plus the good-quality coffee - the umbrella came in super handy. Having on-site laundry was very helpful as well! I would definitely love to stay here again and highly suggest it for anybody staying for a couple weeks to a month."

"Location of the property is probably the biggest asset of this hotel, walking distance to a variety of restaurants and to Stanley Park with beautiful sceneries and great walking paths. We have to carry our bags up some steps, not much facilities here like a ramp. Bedroom was very spacious and clean, bathroom was Ok. We have no use for the kitchen but is good that was there. I don’t know about parking. Overall, this is nice place to stay for few nights. Happy we did."

"It’s a boutique hotel, it was nice, its clean -and walking distance to restaurants however I feel like I am in the prison because of fully gated apartment/hotel but I get it It’s for safety since there is a lot of homeless roaming outside. Overall 3-4/5. Thank you."

"A very nice hotel and we had a great room and all was good including staff. We were confused as the hotel is part of a couple of other chains and we didn’t expo etc this. Whilst it didn’t create any issues, we weren’t aware that is the top3 floors of another hotel and also part of the Hilton group. Pool and spa pool was nice but some noisy un-monitored kids spoiled it a bit. Location was good and could not have asked for better. It was only one night pre cruise."
