"I booked a 3-bedroom stay but only 2 bedrooms were available when we checked in. I reached out to the owner and I was told that they don’t have 3 bedrooms available. I sent proof that I paid for 3 bedrooms. They were unwilling to help. "

"I don't know that Expedia has air BNB room. I don't know it is not hotel. It's a home, so it is not private and sound proof. When I arrived in the evening, I cannot see the home address clearly, the light is dimmed. But the owner is very nice and helpful. Also the share bathroom. I like it so far. "Room booked not avalable (still not sure why , booked Nov 2023) , alternate room offered was next to front door, had no doors only curtains no ensuite. second property offered few minutes away appeared clean and tidy but no lock on door connecting room to communal kitchen and whole property reeked of dampness.
