"Exceptional staff and customer service. Front desk was welcoming, warm, informative and friendly. Maintenance and cleaning staff were always friendly and working hard. We had an issue with our TV and when they couldn’t fix it they not only graciously upgraded us to a balcony room, but staff also came to our room to help us move and bring the new keys.
