"habitacion limpia, no había ganchos en armario, te regalan cafe en la habitación, camas impecables. Buena vista al mar. Personal amable. Mi reservación no incluyó desayuno, pero si comí ahí, su bufet es normal (sencillo), no hay mariscos, solo filete de pescado, en la carta no vi langosta. Faltn muchos camastros en las albercas y junto a la playa, en la alberca climatizada los huéspedes tienden a apartar hasta 6 camastros y varias mesas, en 3 días no pude tener una."

"Lovely resort style hotel right on the beautiful clean beach. Well maintained and with very friendly staff. Peaceful and serene. Tennis courts, Gym, Pool table etc. Restaurant was very good and priced quite reasonably. We asked for special modifications and they took care of it. Stayed here for two days when driving down to Baja Sur and loved it. Some small hikes up minor volcano peaks with breathtaking 360 degree views of the bay/peninsula nearby (about 30-45 mins drive) for those so inclined....

"The staff is amazing. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Our hotel room had no water in the kitchen, and the AC did not work. We were also never told that the hotel was under construction, so our entire stay was filled with construction noise. Hammering, saw noises, paint smell, and construction workers and tools in the elevators and hallways. It was not the experience that we thought that we were going to receive.
