"These are attractive and less than ten year old buildings. Inside, they're fine. The staff is courteous and I have no complaints. I do have a complaint that the exterior windows look like they have not been washed in a decade. This is a common problem in Mexico, one of my favorite countries. Owners build things, and then seem to only take money out. They don't seem to understand that maintenance is as important for a property as it is for your body. "Clean rooms. Good staff. My favorite part of the property was the warm pools. The beach was very nice but the waves are very strong. Cant swim very much more than the shore. I would recommend not getting a shuttle and renting a car instead. Not online though, wait till you land and find the National/Enterprise people at the counters past the checked bags. $28/day compared to a $50-100 shuttle per person one way. Save yourself a lot of money with a rental."
