Dear guest, we really appreciate your feedback and we are very sorry that a refund for your stay could not be made. Our policies are clear and are stipulated for our guests before making the reservation. Upon arrival we made some exceptions to them since we did not want to leave minors without a stay, especially at that time of the night. When you told us that you would not wish to longer stay implying there was some noise coming from the street , we explained and show you that keeping our double glazed windows closed will shut down any noise coming from the street , we offered you a free upgrade. We even gave you the discount in our design store that you asked for. We immensely regret not having been able to make more exceptions than those already made, such as refunding a reservation in which we did everything in our power to ensure that you and your companions had a perfect stay. We also glad you enjoyed the free upgrade we gave you. We have staff 24/7 and we use WhatsApp as well as messaging as an extra so our guests can reach us at anytime even if they are outside of our hotel in case they have any questions or need help with anything.
