I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Benidorm. The staff was very helpful and professional. The restaurant food was good, especially the buffet. The location is great as it is centrally located. There are a lot of good places to eat nearby and the neighborhood is safe to walk around.

The hotel staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. The bellboy, managers, and housekeepers were all top-notch. The rooms were clean, and bottled water was available throughout our stay. The bellboy even looked after our luggage after we checked out. The location is right on the very edge of Roma Norte and a bit too close to the not so nice area. The room was okay, but some things could be improved. The first night I discovered there were no blanket in the room at all and had to call at 2:30 am cause it was cold in the 40 deg Fahrenheit. The heater does not activate in the hotel. The floors have no carpeting and the tiled floor can be cold. They do not provide water bottles every day which they are supposed to. The room lacks basic amenities like a hair dryer, iron or coffee maker. The bathroom supplies such as shampoo and soap are inconsistent. The terrace on the sixth floor is advertised, but my friend and I had to wait an hour for them to turn on the light fixtures. The restaurant downstairs has mediocre food but the price is higher than normal in the area. On the positive side, the staff are nice and helpful. They allowed early check in and late check out which was super helpful. I was also happy to see a safe in the closet.

well located basic hotel

Brilliant location, hotel is a little dated but everything works fine. Rooms, being old fashioned, are bigger than normal and staff very friendly, did not try the restaurant or other facilities. Very good value for money.
