I stayed twice already. Cosy and well kept. The staff is great and friendly, and the food from their kitchen is perfect and fresh daily. The rooms are loft style beautiful and modern with efficient simplicity. I would go back for sure.
Location was walked distance of tourist area. Felt safe and quit area.

We stayed here for two weeks in a cute rustic room which was perfect as we explored beautiful Coyoacán and other areas of Mexico City. Our host was very accommodating and patient with our limited Spanish. The on-site restaurant had the best breakfast and amazing waitstaff. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a great experience staying here for one night before ending our trip. It was a last minute reservation and the staff was so nice to reach out and let us know we could arrive early. Very clean and well decorated room. The area is great too, it only took us 15 minutes to the airport early in the morning, and the area is very walkable and safe too. Of course, the room is small, but not a big deal for us.
I stayed at this great place for almost two weeks and I wanted to give this precious jewl of a place a 5 star rating; the service by staff is so great, the place so charming, even the cute patio restaurant on the first floor (food & staff); and, during day time they offer yoga and meditation classes! I rated them a 4 only because of the uncomfortable noise, worse on weekends! The barking dogs at night & late noisy partying neighbors was quite enerving. If you don’t mind noise at nightime this is your place. More accurately, my rating is 4.5!
Good place to stay in Coyoacán. A few blocks away from Casa Azul(Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera's house). There is a nursery close by that you can visit and metro station is about 20 minutes away on foot. The new Mitikah shopping center and tower is also nearby.
Shower could use a thorough cleaning. There is a cafe at the site that's open from morning till 5-6 PM. Prices are good and food is alright too. There's no elevator, so if you need assistance to go up and down stairs, this wouldn't be the place for you.
Overall it is a good spot.
Great room for the price. Looks like they run a daycare or school of some sort, so it was loud in the morning. Not complaining just a heads up for future travelers. Would stay again.
The room was impeccable, comfortable to an extent. The couch was uncomfortable to sleep on since there were three of us but we managed. Very convenient to walk to any place in Coyoacan.
The noise from the dogs and the neighbors was the only inconvenience.
I absolutely LOVED my stay at Mina 32. The staff was over the moon friendly and accommodating. Very safe and walkable area, very close to a park, markets, and Frida Kahlos' Casa Azul. The bed and room were perfect, very modern and characteristic. Then I was able to wake up and mediate with the teacher and have a delicious breakfast to start my day. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Mexico!

The place is in a great location in Coyoacan and the space itself is pretty, but the neighborhood has a lot of dogs that bark at all hours of night and there is a restaurant at the property that can be loud in the morning (music mostly). Bring earplugs. The bed is comfortable and there are plenty of blankets when it cools down at night.
What a hidden gem! I was a little wary because there wasn’t many reviews on this place, but it was perfect. It is a small room, but it was super clean and all we needed for the night. The pictures on Orbitz were a little misleading/confusing because there were some showing a nice looking kitchen space and living room area with a tv.. that might have been a different room or suite than I booked, because my room was very small, no tv, just a bathroom (no complaints). Maybe it was a common room area? But overall we would book again. Perfect location in Coyoacan! Super walkable, trendy area.
I loved that i could walk to the Frida Kahlo Museum, the mercado, plaza and many restaurants. The communication with the staff was pretty good. They didnt have 24/7 staff there, but were available on Whatsapp.
The price was very reasonable as well.
Dislikes: They specifically ask for guests to keep noise levels down, but the night we were there, there was a loud car outside playing music and dogs barking loudly. When we woke up on Monday morning, there were kids running around downstairs making lots of noise. That didnt bug me too much since i was awake, but couldnt imagine sleeping through that if i was tired.
I would stay there again, but it wouldnt be my first choice.

This is average at best and would not return to stay again. The aesthetic of exposed brick and hard wood were lovely, but that was it. The hot water in the shower barely worked and did not remain warm for long. The faucet handle also fell off and was not secured. The toilet seat was also previously broken when we arrived and was fixed after we pointed it out to the contact that we had available. Did not know there was no front desk or management until after purchasing. I was also instructed to call someone upon arrival to let us into our room only to find the phone number was not included in said message. Thankfully someone was on-site to help us. Contact is only available via What’sApp. The bed was comfortable but extremely hard to maneuver in such a small space with two people—and we are New Yorkers. Also forgot to mention there was no shelf in the shower, but the grommets were there, so one knew something was once there and not fixed. The mirror being located on the opposite wall from the sink also made shaving complicated, especially with the minimal light that was provided. It was a roof over our head and that’s it.
The property is located in a nice location, the concept of the living units is nice with the convenience of the restaurant/cafe in the patio. The room is nice, the brick and wood make it seem very unique, bed was very hard, and it lacks of a TV, it’s is extremely cold so it’d be nice to have at least a spot heater available.
Staff was friendly, attentive and very professional. My only comment will be that after booking is made and email from the hotel with rules is sent out to the customer, which mostly are common sense but the email language is very threatening which makes it intimidating before hand but arriving to the property that changes the perspective completely. All in all is a nice property but adding a Heather and maybe a tv and tone down the “welcome” email it will make it a better experience.
Clean room in good order, Janet was great with communication prior to arrival. If possible you may WhatsApp directly, very responsive. On-site restaurant is lovely. Walk to Frida Kahlo museum in 7 minutes, but may take you much longer as you stop by multiple cafes in the way.
