"We stayed 4 to 6 th December 25 for my hubbys birthday. Got upgrades to a lovely sea view room that was amazing and had a free standing bath in the bedroom. Bar was a nice atmosphere and nice drinks and breakfast was delicious. The weather was glorious on the 4 th so had a swim in the outdoor pool which was heated and then went to sauna and indoor pool . "Room was very clean and good size, staff were very friendly and accommodating, great breakfast, definitely will stay again on next visit to Bournemouth."

"A short 15 minute walk from Bournemouth railway station in what appeared to be a quiet location. Bournemouth town centre is also a short walk. The room was clean and I was able to get two good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Check in was good, quick and efficient. I did not have breakfast nor did I go to the bar so I can't pass comment. If I stay over in Bournemouth again this hotel is certainly one that I would revisit."

"Some Bath water leaked on to floor on emptying! Bed mattress too hard for me. Very quiet location on top floor of annexe excellent. Overall more than satisfactory. "
