Le petit déjeuner pieds dans l'eau face à la mer. Une petite structure loin du tourisme de masse. Diner au bord de la piscine et servi à table. Personnel bien et gentil. Spa très bien pour les massages. Les moins : le bar et les tunisiens qui viennent s'enivrer de bières et qu'on peut retrouver le soir sur les transats de la plage ou bien autour de la piscine. Vraiment dommage. Moins : la musique assez forte qu'on entend ou que vous soyez, sur la plage ou à la piscine. Si je voulais de la musique, je serai aller dans une grande structure de masse. La musique s'arrête et la musique reprend, ça change, etc .. bref, très agaçant. Mais le plus agaçant encore est de supporter DANS LES ENCEINTES, la retransmission TV des matchs de foot et donc de supporter les commentaires. Juste hallucinant. Je voulais y aller depuis très longtemps, et je regrette ces points négatifs qui ont un peu terni le séjour et le calme recherché. A EVITER SURTOUT : la chambre ROBANA, qui donne sur la rue. Vous allez supporter toute la nuit, le bruit horrible de roulement de la barrière du parking juste devant et les conversations très bruyantes des tunisiens qui ne font aucune différence entre 2h du matin et 14h l'après midi, aucune discrétion, aucun respect pour les clients qui dorment. je regrette énormement tout ça car la situation de cet hotel est juste exceptionnel mais il y en a un autre à deux pas qui ne doit pas subir tous ces désagréments, c'est VILLA AZUR, et toutes les chambres vue mer.

Appalled; disgusted & shocked! What a beautiful & simple pleasant hotel. The atmosphere is so calm & relaxing. But you would Not think that as soon as you walk through the beautiful Hotel entrance. For a Island/Country so dependent on tourism you would think that you would hire more sophisticated & polite staff especially as they are the first people that you deal with entering a hotel. The issue with my six year old daughter & I was the management/receptionist. The second time we enter to have a father daughter day out, a swim & a quick lunch the lady looks us up & down telling us , "We are full." Even though we where just at the restaurant before & at the time there was only one guest relaxing at the pool & another couple just leaving! My daughter got upset as this was the second incident with the receptionist; so we returned to our bungalow which is literally 10 meters away from the Hotel. I decided to book a room online just so that my daughter could swim as we are returning to Dubai in two days. To make matters worse, instead of giving us one of their rooms with a balcony knowing that I required a smoking room; she kindly placed us in one of their few rooms that had No balcony & that was located just over the noisy bar which I can only assume was out of spite, taking it personally & Not liking that I reserved a room just to please my daughter. Funny enoughI was latter on told by a staff member that there was actually a room available with a balcony at the far end of

Superbe hôtel de charme avec une déco authentique de qualité. Super accueil avec le sourire et très prof. Tout le personnel est très sympa. Pour aller à d'herbe depuis plus 20 ans C est sûrement l hôtel le plus agréable hors des usines à touristes avec une restauration de qualité et une literie excellente. Enfin un très très bon de jour à refaire mi septembre avec impatience. Merci grand merci pour vos délicates attention qui ont fait de nos vacances un moment d exception Très belle plage nettoyée tous les jours et bien équipée

Wer die großen Tourihotels meiden möchte und Ruhe sucht ist im Dar El Bhar sehr gut aufgehoben. Die direkte Lage am Strand ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Für ei bisschen mehr Geld gibt es eine Suite mit Meerblick. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Für Singles und Paare sehr zu empfehlen. Für Familien mit Kindern eher nicht.

A mon arrivée le wc ne fonctionnait pas. Le lendemain, c'était le lavabo de la chambre qui était bouché. Les chaises étaient toujours pleines de miettes. Les tables n’étaient pas très propres.

Cet hôtel est situé dans la zone touristique de Djerba. Calme, trop calme, il est très difficile de disposer d'un taxi. Indispensable pour sortir dans Djerba. L'accueil est très bien mais peu de service. Bien situé auprès de la mer, attention aux bateaux du centre nautique proche qui n'hésitent pas à passer très près des nageurs malgré les avertissements remontés au personnel de la sécurité de l'hôtel.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Das Hotel ist ein kleines Einod, sehr persönlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Aber leider merkt man, dass an allen Ecken gespart wird und alles nur provisorisch repariert wird. Das Hotel verfällt von Jahr zu Jahr mehr. Dieses haben auch andere Gäste die schon öfter hier waren mit Bedauern gesehen. Das Frühstück ist deutlich schlechter geworden. Die Kaffeemaschine müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden, es gibt nur einen Käse-der eher an Wachs erinnert und nach nichts schmeckt, die Decken am Buffet waren dreckig... Die Strandliegen hängen komplett durch und verdienen ihren Namen nicht mehr. Das Management macht seine Arbeit leider sehr schlecht. Was unendlich traurig ist, weil dieses Hotel eigentlich etwas ganz besonderes ist.

Beautiful Hotel, calme, small, perfect.
Djerba on his best! If you like the Island you will love this Hotel. Nice Rooms, Good Restaurant (dont take Halfboard) small, clean, friendly staff. Reception (Marwa) is five-star! Directly on the Beach, calme, relaxing and just very beautiful!

Small and cozy hotel!
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. Check-in was relatively smooth: we waited for around 15 minutes, but the staff gave us juice during the wait. The room was very clean. The TV worked well but did not have many channels. Breakfast was great! Good coffee and food. The swimming pool was a bit too small, but the beach was nearby. Parking can be an issue as there are not many spots, but the staff helped us with this. The biggest issue is that the hotel is pretty far from restaurants and cafes -- a car and/or taxi is required!

Leider funktionierte weder internet, Essen war nicht gut und insgesamt kann Man sich vor allem abends als Hotelgast draussen nicht erholen da hier wohl eine Nachtbar im Rotlichtmilieu befindet. Schade fürs Hotel welches trotz direkter Strandlage nichts für Geniesser/Erholungsurlaub ist. Schade!

Romantischer Aufenthalt
Man fährt bei der Ankunft an all den großen Hotels vorbei und kommt an diesem kleinen Hotel an, das einen mit seinem ruhigen und gemütlichen Innenhof willkommen heißt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und individuell eingerichtet, mit sehr gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Der Tag beginnt mit einem wunderbaren Frühstück, direkt am Strand mit freiem Meerblick. Das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, die frisch zubereiteten Omelettes sind köstlich. Und am Ende des Tages kann man sein Getränk direkt am Strand genießen. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Algenberge am Strand nicht beseitigt, sondern nur zur Seite geschoben werden. Dadurch kommen sie immer wieder und stören die entspannte Freude am Strand. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt hier absolut perfekt und die drei Sterne hochverdient.

Absolutely fantastic
The hotel is small and well kept. The staff and owner were very attentive and genuinely wam and welcoming. My stay was very enjoyable. I will definitely return to Dar El Bhar in the near future.
