"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. "Fabulous little hotel, very clean and comfy bed. There was a kitchen for making tea and coffee which was supplied also crackers and biscuits available to help yourself to. A craft of wine in the room on arrival, which was a nice touch. We had a little veranda to sit out on. Great clear instructions on how to use the key safe on arrival. Owner also ordered our taxi for going back to the airport. Would highly recommend."

We contacted the property several days before arrival. They sent us the keypad codes for entrances. But one of the entrance code doesn't work. After contact them through the email they provided on the wall and waited for a while somebody came and opened door for us and gave us the correct code."

Happened multiple times specifically the woman at the reception. Otherwise solid hotel if you want to come to Pisa and have good access to the train station (right across from hotel front entrance)"
