"I don’t normally leave such detailed reviews, but in this case, it’s definitely warranted.
Where do I even begin? The Mandarin Oriental, Lake Como was absolutely incredible and, without question, one of the highlights of our entire trip to Italy!
We were travelling through Italy and booked only two nights at the Mandarin, but if we were planning the trip again, we would definitely stay at least one night longer.
The hotel lived up to its name, which is synonymous with exceptional service,...

"Dieses Hotel ist ein Kunstwerk. Wunderschön anzusehen in einzigartiger Lage.

"The Hotel Posta Maltrasio was a great stay. Do not get this hotel confused with Hotel Posta Design. Design is in downtown Como. Maltrasio is up the hill with great views.
The staff at this hotel was wonderful, led by the front desk wonder, Theresa. She was more than great. Whatever you do, get to know her, and she will be the guide you need.
The room was good, typical size for Europe, but well kept. Some would say the rooms are old -- it's an Old hotel, not a brand new W on 59th st. in NYC....

"By chance I chose this property for my stay in Como. What a HUGE blessing! The staff was so helpful and kind and I truly loved the accents!
The property is stunning and lures you in from the moment you pull into the drive with vines and architecture surrounding you. Enter thru a beautiful entry with a winding red carpet stairway that leads you to an enchanting room of old world charm and luxury. I wanted to drink coffee all day and read a book in this room. In fact every common area you...
