"This was a clean, modern hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. We stayed one night to be near the airport for our early flight the next day. The large room was modern with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower. The staff arranged our early morning taxi ride to the airport and even prepared a little take away breakfast for us. I would give 5 stars except for two small criticisms: the hotel was a bit difficult to find as it had no sign. Our taxi driver drove around a bit and had to...

"I booked this studio apartment at Agate for 5 nights as it was near the airport for work. When I contacted the management two days before check in I was told there was a problem with the apartment and that I would be moved somewhere else, they would only tell me when I arrived in Marrakech. When I arrived they gave me an address for the apartment which was a lot further away on a building site, all the other apartments were empty or still under construction including the swimming pool. The TV...

"Hotel Sofia in Marrakech
We are very disappointed with the quality of our stay at your hotel. We paid 70 dollars for our room, expecting a comfortable stay for two people. However, the room and its facilities were far below our expectations. The problems included: we requested a double bed, but were given two separate beds, no refrigerator, no microwave, no hairdryer, no iron, the television was not working properly, and the room lacked proper maintenance. Considering the price we paid, we...
