"We stayed at Park Central Hotel on South Beach for 5 nights. Outstanding service, great amenities, two pools (one rooftop pool with awesome views), free bike use and beach chairs and towels for the beach. Fantastic restaurants as well! Want to thank Markos for his outstanding service, we booked a ferry to Bimini and as we rushed out early in the morning, I forgot my passport. I called the hotel and Markos was able to go to the room and get the passport and hand it off to a courier and it arrived at the port just in time, thank goodness! Only one small issue, the wifi was very inconsistent, other than that perfect stay!"

"Took them over three hours of us, waiting to even get checked into our room. If you’re staying in the second building, you have to walk through a restaurant every time to enter your hotel room, which is not ideal in the staff is absolutely unattended if you speak only English very rude."
