"Beautifully maintained resort. Pool is a highlight. It is family friendly pool that is well staffed for everything from setting you up in loungers and ordering food & drinks. The beach area was equally nice, again well staffed for a great day in the sun, sand & ocean. Food was excellent! We look forward to returning."

"Views where wonderful, parking at$58 a day is Ridiculous. Room's are dated, need a remodeling. No information adout the food or drink available from the hotel, maybe a 2 by 3 card is all. Maybe the management should spend a night at the Venetian to see what a first class destination does it"

"The staff in Maxine hotel was not as pleasant as the two other hotels. I stayed in the hotel with Taco Taco restaurant. They were so pleasant and helpful, even holding the door for us. When visiting Maxine’s, I believe it needs to be advised when going to that hotel to use a different door. I experienced a hotel staff rudely ask what someone needed when they clearly had luggage and needed to find their room. Air conditioning would kick off through the night. It became uncomfortable. Also the front entrance floor and main entrance when wet. Need more flooring mats to assist with walking,"

"I was surprised how beautiful this hotel is. I know it’s an older hotel but OMg they must have re done it because the rooms are big and modern, the lobby area is beautiful and the hotel is wonderful."

"Very small bathroom. No microwave. Room looked like I paid 50 dollars a night. Socket outlets was located in bad areas of the room so walk with extension cords. Light fixtures were horrible. The bathroom had a sharp edged metal stand for the soap and shampoo that cut my arm. I just wanted to be by the beach and restaurants so I made it work. I wont recommend. "
