"I love this property I wish I could stay again...NOT...., only because wer had to way till after midnight top go to sleep because the bar was downstairs and "ya heard EVERY DAMN THING" the base was off the chain. But the desk lady brought us earplugs and was so nice about it so next time I know not to book on the strip😂😂"

"Rigo, the manager, was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help made all the difference. Exceptional service and outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Rigo!"

"Großes, sauberes Zimmer, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück im angeschlossenen Blue Lavender war exzellent. Durchweg ein besonders zu empfehlendes Hotel."

"I cannot say enough about this outstanding hotel. The customer service from the second you arrive, until you leave, was top notch. I will be back."

"We stayed at The Marlin for three nights and came away disappointed. At the hotel we were charged extra fees for things like towels, none of which were shown on Expedia when we booked. Being hit with surprise charges for basics you'd expect to be included isn't a great start to a stay. "0/10 WHEN THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO MICROWAVE BELIEVE THEM CAUSE THEY DON’T. WE HAD TO MAKE SURE WE EAT ALL OF OUR FOOD JUST BECAUSE WE DIDN’T HAVE NO MICROWAVE. YOU DON’T GET CLEANERS THEY CLEAN EVERY OTHER DAY. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"I really wanted to like Hotel Greytone, because it had received really nice write-ups in places like Conde Nast. More disappointing than the stay itself was the fact that I shared my feedback and disappointment with the hotel management and they provided absolutely no response. So, unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel to others. In short: -We paid a significant premium for a top-tier penthouse...

"The property is beautiful but lacks in function. The coffee cups are smaller than what is brewed in their machine leading to a spill all over the counter. The tile work in the shower was left with sharp corners instead of rounded edges, one wrong move and my elbow was gashed open by it. Staff gave me a bandaid and apologized. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone on blood thinners."

"Staff was great friendly, and helpful"
