Their agent showed me two other rooms before settling in room 3135. It still wasn't what was booked but was better. The rooms are aged and need attention. I couldn't take a proper shower because the water kept getting cold. The kitchen appliances showed signs of rust. The floors were dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. No shampoo...
