"When i showed up to the property to check in , there was nobody there. I called a for sale sign and the agent was nice enough to contact the owner. The owner called me.back. i texted him a copy of my reservation in which he told.me my reservation looked like a scam and that he already had the Villa booked. He suggested i contact Travelocity. Travelocity was no help before or after. Everytime i wrote to them asking for help.contacting the host , they would write and say they were...

"The pictures are not true The furniture was old. There was cracks in the walls. Things were broken. There is no Wi-Fi. They were nice and let us check in early, but they were doing their own laundry. The backyard area patio area. There was just a pile of trash and junk I don’t see where I can submit pictures but I did take pictures of that. It was horrible and we had children with us"
