"Clean room"

"It was clean , my room was fine but i could hear people upstairs and on my floor so defiantly not sound proof, be aware that there are stairs not elevator .i didnt stay for buffet . There was a vending machine to buy cups of coffee and snacks,.there is a sports bar inside . I did look at the menu which was probably good for meat eaters . My room was clean other than the old carpet stains. Bathroom very clean too. It does need a facelift . I do rate it quite low as i have stayed elsewhere...

"The front desk staff at check in was great. The bathroom was dingy, peeling, no hot water and the door for the bathroom locked and is broken. Grateful I wasn’t in the room alone or I would still be locked in there. I went to the gym and there were no Clorox wipes to wipe down the equipment. We went to get our complimentary drink and Alexis the bartender completed ignored us and just kept texting on his phone. The sad part about this is we were only in the hotel for 7 hours max."
