We loved the overall design of the hotel. It is unique in design in comparison to some of the other Hilton’s. Our room did have a damaged plug, other than that we loved it! The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, especially Beth ! Her energy was inviting and we enjoyed checking in with her!

It is a new hotel close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was helpful with some issues that came up. Starbucks in lobby is great.

We stayed for 5 days, everything was going fine until the last night. We went out to dinner, when we came back the door of our room was open. We immediately reported it to the front desk, she sent the securtiy guard upstairs to check, he said it was very strange he said the security cameras were not working. The lady from the front desk and the security guy made their best effort to find what happened, they called and texted the hotel’s director many times, he never answered, his name is Sebastian Sicilliano. They gave us the choice to be changed to another room, gave us two options, we saw them and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly , so we stayed at the same room. While everything was going on, two guests came to the front desk and told them that they went to the gym at the 8th floor when suddenly they saw a homeless man with two dogs a Pitbull and a Rottweiler they called the police for their help with this issue. Then at the pool area some guys had very loud music so the security guy had to talk to them and asked them to behave. For this property only two people are responsible to handle all the issues, it’s unbelievable !! They don’t have more security staff ! It seems that this property is not an original Hilton, it is a franchise !! We were very dissapointed !

This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed in for a long time. It was new and the staff was very friendly. I had brunch on Sunday morning and the food was delicious. Everything from the coffee, toast, omelet and service was top notch. The pool has cute cabanas and umbrellas on one side and on the other side were more larger cabanas for relaxing. It was a great experience!

Después de haber estado en muchísimos hoteles, la habitación de este no estaba tan limpia como esperábamos, en el piso había una tapa de botella (a lado de la cama) y en la ducha (en la pared) un cabello, capaz no es importante para algunos, pero para mi SI. El Lobby es en el piso 7, no es cómodo para nada. El hotel en si es lindo, el bar excelente, pero creo que prefiero otros por la misma zona.

Pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury for this property and location. Felt like a luxury extended stay hotel. The rooms are spacious with elevated furnishings. The bathroom is large, beautiful and extremely clean. A Nespresso coffee machine and different wines are available in room. The common areas are lux. A really great experience! Highly recommend.
