The overall property I gave it a 3. I came in on Thursday leaving to go on a cruise ship the next day. The hotel is a cute boutique style hotel. When I arrived I was greeted with a welcome drink. The room was nice and clean. On the small side and the bed not so comfortable. All the pools were closed when arrived around 10:00 pm. But it looked like it could be fun. It was walking distance to the beach (2 blocks). There were also a lot of restaurants and clubs in walking distance.
My biggest complaint was when I was leaving I was feeling very bad and asked the staff member for a cup of water because I was not feeling good and I needed to sit down. The guy behind the desk told me that I only could purchase water from the bar upstairs for $7.00. I had all of my luggage with me and did not feel like going back upstairs. I also was notably sweating. I just felt like a little customer service could have been a bit better.
