Loved the design, feel, and overall ambiance of the place and staff (Lia was awesome) was beyond amazing and kind and helpful. I will definitely be back and encourage others to check this place out. I loved staying here and highly recommend this cute hotel. When you walk in the beautiful smell of the mango trees make it feel like paradise. We had everything we needed and the shower water was so hot and lasted long. Lia was the sweetest. She checked in on of daily to ensure we had what we needed. On my next trip to Miami this is where I will be staying.

The staff, especially the receptionist was the best part of staying at this hotel. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to accommodate guests requests and was the reason I would stay there again. The property on the whole was kind of very homely and was a delightful place. The backyard and the patio were not business like and reminded me of a very nice small town private house. The mango and avocado trees gave the place a natural and serene look and one could relax in the backyard all day sipping a cold drink. I really loved the place and the wonderful staff including the house keepers.

This is a hidden gem, and well undersold on Expedia. We were delighted with now nice it was once we arrived! We'll book here again in an instant. The staff is so awesomely helpful, too! It's seriously a 1 minute walk to Calle Ocho at Ball and Chain, the halls are filled with cool unique art, and the hotel is attached to working artist studios. The rooms are basic, but spacious and well decorated. The bed was super comfortable. Otherw complained about noise, but we were the very last room in the hallway (closest to Calle Ocho) and heard nothing. It does take about 3 minutes for the hot water to reach the further rooms, but once it does, watch out, it is very hot. We plan to return. Thank you everyone, and especially Lia!!
