"We had a wonderful stay at Chalet am Sonnehang. We stayed two nights, one in the second floor apartment which was lovely and then switched to the “tiny house” so we could have a fire in the wood stove. Nestled in the cozy cabin at night with the warming fire was a perfect alpine experience in sleepy Obertraun away from the busyness and crowds in Hallstatt! We would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were exceptional and very helpful. 😊"

"This hotel is in a very beautiful area. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains and the room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was great and included in our stay. There was only one restaurant on site and you pretty much had to get everything from the restaurant such as any snacks, wine, etc. That would be my only knock on the hotel. It would have been nice to have a little market nearby on the property or at least a vending machine....

"Mycket trevligt hotell i kombination med ett bageri. Vi fick ett stort och luftigt rum med utsikt över ängarna. Dubbelsängen var mycket bekväm. Frukosten hade det mesta. Vi stannade två nätter och utnyttjade den ena dagen med att vandra uppe på 2000 meters höjd."
