"I stayed here while attending a funeral and overall the stay was not bad. The staff was very kind and welcoming during a difficult time, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was very spacious and clean. One thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs may be difficult for some guests. I did experience some allergies during my stay due to dust in the room, but aside from that, the experience was decent overall."

"The ratings by Expedia are FALSE. This was the most disgusting room I had ever been in. Simply unacceptable. I even checked for bed bugs and didn’t sleep a wink because of the smell in the room. How on earth are people sleeping here ?!? The hallways and rugs are filthy. Staff was ok. Don’t waste your money. I’m requesting a refund simply off the embarrassment of booking this for my family.
