Closed without warning

"We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst ..."

Neu, sauber, tolles Team (nachts habe ich gemerkt, dass mir mein Handyladekabel fehlt - die Chefin hat mir um 22.15 Uhr ein Kabel vorbeigebracht !!!).
