The room they sent us to was musty and dank as well as bug on the floor, rug dirty, glasses in kitchenette dirty and soap already opened and used. They moved us to a standard room and said they would settle cost difference next day. Went to office the next day and Raj said I would need to talk to the manager. I went back later that day and Raj said I would have to work with Expedia for changes. ...

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean and well lit. They had beverages and popcorn available in the lobby all evening. They let our family use the breakfast area for cards and socializing with no issues. Staff was kind of helpful to us. There’s a lot of cute decor too!"
