"I would not recommend this place for more than 1 night. Check in process was weird, they did not ask for my IF or card to put on file? There was only one older lady working the entire afternoon into the evening and only one lady the next day. We asked several times for towels and wash clothes to shower after the water park and never received any, we finally went back to the next and she found 2 towels in the back office- more like a large hand towel. We went back to the water park and took pool towels to shower. The water park bathrooms were very run down and not very clean. The “party” area the next morning that I walked by was a mess, good all over the floor, cups, water bottles etc. I had called and asked if there was coffee in the lobby, the lady said, I’ll make some. They only had powder creamer and after asking for something to stir it with, she said she could not find any utensils even though they had a little breakfast nook with a microwave & utensil holder. The water park and arcade hours are only 10-8pm, nothing posted or explained at check in. You can’t check in until 3pm, so you only get 5 hrs the day you check in to do both and you have to check out by 11am the next day so you only get 1hr. In the water park & arcade. Basically if you stay 2 days & 1 night, you get 6 hrs for both attractions for $340. Not worth it to stay the night in my opinion. It was ok for a little get away but you get what you pay for….. they could do some much better and it could be a nicer"

"The room was so-so on the cleanliness, there were stains on the white comforter. There were not nearly enough power outlets near the bed. The bellman Michael was exceptional and friendly. He was a highlight for sure. The front desk staff, security and other hotel staff we met were so friendly and fun. My biggest complaint was the shuttle. The drop off was further than explained, but that was fine. It was the pick up. We had to call the hotel to see what was taking the shuttle so long. There were over 40 people waiting but I got asked by staff if we were at the right spot. The communication in this area was less than stellar. My only other complaint was that when we checked in, we asked for a late check out at noon instead of 11. This didn’t get noted and we had several staff continually coming to the door while we were trying to pack saying we were overtime. If we had known they would be so ridiculous, we would have just left at 11. I’m not sure if we will stay here again."
