"Depressing gray room interiors with hard cheap plastic surfaces. No art. No color. Had a hospital or office cubicle feel. Furniture looked like clearance ikea. Breakfast was exorbitant $36 for two people. Everything was extra charge. The lighting was difficult to figure out how to turn on and off. The shower controls were confusing. Extremely thin floors and walls. Could hear people walking above me all night. And with all the hard surfaces in the room it magnified the noise."

"Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Lacking basic amenities like an ice machine or a business center. Full size fridge and microwave were nice. I am personally not a fan of the kiosk check in system"

"The stay was good, however when I arrived, it took at least 5 mins for staff to appear from the back and when I was leaving staff members were talking and took a while to acknowledge me. "

"It smelt like an animal shelter, it’s nice stores around. But the place is a Duck Off! It was a man and woman hopping the wall.. the entrance to the room is outside. Felt Very unsafe. 10 outta 10 Don’t Recommend! I had kids. Didn’t Chance It! "

"The rooms are nothing like the pictures. I was told those are old pictures we need to update them. There was supposed to be a jetted bathtub in the room, there was no bathtub in the room at all. I got downgraded to a room that was supposed to have a jetted bathtub, it had a bathtub no Jets. There were ants and other bugs in the room. Could hardly get Door Number One open to get in the building first thing I saw was a register/heater ducts hanging half out of the wall. Overall not impressed!"
