"Clean room"

"Excelent"

"Had a wonderful experience. Check in was smooth. Rooms were clean. The a/c wasn’t the best quality but it was also a heat wave so under the circumstances I’m sure it would normally be fine. The pool was great. 5 ft at its deepest, very well maintained, great seating options. The breakfast was well worth it. Just make sure to bring your own toiletries the ones offered are very small. TV has many xfinity channels. Room came with a microwave and fridge which is super convenient."

"Was only one night so did not use any amenities. Clean room, fresh sheets, friendly staff, warm cookie upon arrival. Would recommend!"

"Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor."

"Everything was nice and clean! The staff was amazing!!! I love how I received check ins via text messages and all my questions were answered promptly!! Miss Tenisha at the front desk is hilarious ! She reminded me that I'm here to relax and I better not lift a hand to do anything else lol This was my first time staying at a hotel with my children and we all truly enjoyed ourselves! "The property was located in a good spot, but it appears run down overall and the staff weren’t overly helpful. The elevator didn’t work the first day we were there, so we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs."

"Smoking around the building. Two chairs seemed to be set up permanently for cigar smokers. Raining when we arrived and besides the two cigar smokers there were 4 or 5 people smoking by the entrance door. Apparently smoking is allowed as long as outside. The smoke could be smelled inside. The woman at reception gave us the wrong WiFi password. Got the correct password in the morning. She must have worked at another hotel as well, because password was a totally different format.
